From Millport, AL Margie Tanner, her daughter Robin Springs and grandson Joshua Springs
grace the stages of America with anointed singing. Collectively, they are
known as 'Expectation', one of the most exciting groups in gospel music today. Margie and her husband Roger have devoted their entire lives to ministry. As an ordained minister, Margie served as pastor of a local church for 13 years. Since 1998, she and her family have traveled the U.S. in full-time evangelism, singing and preaching at various concerts, revivals, crusades and other events. As a gifted songwriter, Margie contributes the majority of the songs recorded and performed by Expectation. However, she has also enjoyed the success of her songs as recorded by other prominent gospel artists. |
Margie and Roger have one son, Timothy and one daughter, Robin. Timothy and his wife Jackie have one daughter, Kendalyn. They reside in Palestine, IL and are actively involved at their local church. Robin, the soprano voice of Expectation, makes her home in Millport, AL with her son, Joshua. Eleven year old Joshua sings with a voice as big as his heart. With bright blue eyes, a charming smile and a winning personality, he is thrilling audiences everywhere. Expectation is determined to walk through every open door to share the message of Jesus Christ.
